We are a fast-growing Telecommunications SME with highly motivated teams who are passionate about delivering exceptional service.

As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Project Manager to join our busy Project Management Office (PMO).

In this role, you will deliver customer-facing projects of varying size and complexity, working with experienced Project Managers and internal teams.

You will gain full lifecycle project management experience while being trusted to manage your own projects, budgets, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Essential Experience in delivering or supporting projects across WAN/SD-WAN, LAN, IP, or Security services—or the motivation to quickly develop this knowledge.

PRINCE2 certification or willingness to work towards it.

Strong organisational skills with an excellent attention to detail.

Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Experience supporting complex project delivery or managing customer expectations.

Comfortable coordinating multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Great working knowledge of MS Office tools – Excel, Teams, Word; ideally including MS Project, Visio, and Power Point.

Desirable Working with Public Sector customers.

Understanding of Public Sector procurement and frameworks.

Experience working with major carrier suppliers such as BT Wholesale, Openreach, Virgin Media, Neos Networks, or Gamma.

Support and manage the delivery of customer projects, understanding project workstreams and how they integrate.

Develop and maintain project plans, tracking progress across multiple streams where required.

Review and monitor customer deliverables and contractual requirements.

Manage project governance, including change control and managing exceptions.

Management and reporting of project budgets.

Provide structured governance updates, progress reporting, and stakeholder communications.

Produce project documentation such as PID, Project Plans, RAID logs, and status updates.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

Manage day-to-day project tasks including risks, issues, dependencies, and resource coordination.
