Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join a very unique and fast growing business in Glasgow. Please note that this is an office based role and there may be some requirement to move between the sites in Govan, Maryhill and the west end.

Key Responsibilities:- Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the hiring process, maintaining regular communication and providing feedback.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert guidance on candidate selection.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the company’s culture and values in all recruitment efforts.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, focusing on both active and passive candidates.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices are in line with company policies, as well as legal and ethical standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
