Purpose of the Role: To drive profitable sales growth across third-party delivery channels by developing and optimising commercial partnerships, promotional strategies, and platform performance. The role will use customer, sales, and profitability data to identify opportunities, improve return on promotional investment, and maximize revenue across delivery aggregators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategic relationships with key delivery partners including Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat.
  • Analyse sales, customer, and profitability data to evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, offers, and partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue, order frequency, customer acquisition, and margin performance.
  • Develop and negotiate commercial campaigns and promotional plans with aggregator partners.
  • Monitor channel performance and recommend actions to improve conversion, basket size, and profitability.
  • Evaluate promotional ROI and ensure marketing spend delivers measurable commercial returns.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Franchise teams to align commercial initiatives.
  • Produce regular performance reporting and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Benchmark competitor activity and identify market opportunities.
  • Support annual commercial planning and growth strategies for delivery channels.
