The Technical & Operations Assistant will provide hands-on support across the warehouse and operational logistics. This role is designed to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of technical services and warehouse/stores operations, with responsibilities spanning stock management, organisation, prioritisation of tasks, and general operational support. The position is intentionally broad to allow involvement in a wide range of technical and operational activities as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Logistics & Warehouse Operations
  • Organise and manage stock levels, ensuring accurate records and timely replenishment.
  • Support the preparation, packaging, and dispatch of equipment and materials.
  • Carry out manual handling tasks safely and efficiently, following best practice guidelines.
  • Maintain warehouse and stores organisation to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Operational Support
    • Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines and operational requirements.
    • Multi-task across technical and operational functions, adapting to changing priorities.
    • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
    • Support project teams with baseline information gathering and operational input.
  • Bonus points for Managed Print Support
    • Assist with setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT printers and managed print solutions.
    • Support technical staff in monitoring performance and resolving issues.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers when required.
