We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of our infrastructure projects. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to help the team ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning & Scheduling: Assist in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients, facilitating clear and timely communication.
- Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, escalating as necessary and assisting in the development of mitigation strategies.
- Budget Monitoring: Track project expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgets and reporting any variances.
- Quality Assurance: Support quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet our standards and client expectations.
- Proven experience in project coordination or a related role, preferably within the tech or infrastructure sector.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
- Basic understanding of data infrastructure or cloud technologies is advantageous.
- A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
