The client is a very reputable, leading IT and Telecoms company based in Glasgow. The Project Co-ordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Glasgow City, supporting the delivery of IT and cloud projects for clients. This position is responsible for organising project activities, maintaining project schedules, and tracking progress against key milestones. The Project Co-ordinator will prepare documentation, update project plans, and support communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth implementation and issue resolution. Day-to-day tasks include arranging meetings, capturing and distributing action items, managing project-related records, and assisting with reporting on timelines, risks, and resource requirements. The role also involves helping to improve processes, supporting project governance, and contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment. Qualifications Strong project coordination and organisational skills, including experience with scheduling, task tracking, and documentation. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders, both in writing and verbally. Comfort working with IT-related projects, with a basic understanding of managed services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity concepts beneficial. Proficiency in common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams). Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a client-facing or service-oriented role is an advantage. Relevant education or training in project management, business, IT, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM) are a plus.
