The Role
The agency is looking for an experienced Account Manager ideally with B2B experience to join the 15 strong client services team.
You will have worked in a similar role for a creative or digital agency for at least 2-4 years.
You will be responsible for a group of industrial manufacturing accounts throughout Europe and US and will manage their marketing activities and projects daily.
Along with visiting clients to advise and guide on marketing activity for their business as well as maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities
- Delivering your client’s annual strategic marketing plans.
- Building on and establishing new client relationships.
- Opportunity spotting in each account in order to upsell additional projects to existing client base.
- Collating contact reports and scheduling work into the studio.
- Brief writing, including objectives and KPIs, developing timing and project plans.
- Monitoring quality and deadlines.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, staying on track with all tasks involved for each.
- Tracking budgets, populating reconciliation reports for senior management to review.
- Reporting to senior management weekly on sales opportunities.
- Develop proposals with the support of the Account Director, Head of Geography or Head of Client Services.
- Populating and updating client’s weekly status reports.
- Visit clients regularly.
Requirements & Skills
- You should be confident in your approach with clients and the creative team.
- As a relationship-based role, you need to be personable and customer centric.
- Carry out project management and planning in accordance with the needs of your clients, including setting goals and objectives, producing schedules and timelines for tasks.
- You will manage several projects, which includes coordinating the project with the creative department to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget.
- You will have an unwavering attention to detail and deadlines.
- Friendly and approachable and able to coordinate a team to deliver projects.

Package
- Salary £30,000- £35,000 basic, with OTE (commission-based, uncapped).
