Our work includes rebrand and repositioning, commercial strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, market diversification.

We also work clients on product animations, innovative web platforms, corporate videos, photography shoots and exhibition support.

The Role

We’re looking for a new creative mid-weight Graphic Designer to become part of our growing agency.

You’ll be joining an ambitious team who share a passion for creative ideas and how design and craft can bring those to life.

You’ll be working on a range of global clients applying your ability to tell their story in an inspiring and engaging way.

From strategic thinking, conceptualising, and crafting, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving campaigns from concept through to delivery across multiple platforms.

Ideally you will have at least 3 years’ agency experience with a portfolio showcasing your creative thinking as well as your attention to the finer details of design, layout and art direction.

Please note all of our roles are based 5 days per week at our Chester City Centre offices.

Responsibilities

  • Generating creative campaign ideas with the ability to develop and elevate these to delivery
  • Strategic thinking adding insight to execution
  • Communicating ideas clearly and convincingly
  • Explore new platforms and new ways of executing ideas
  • Have the ability to see beyond the brief and offer more to the client
  • Working independently and collectively on multiple projects

Requirements & Skills

  • At least 3 years’ experience from a creative or digital agency, B2B desirable
  • An ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • A strong attention to craft, to deliver the very highest quality work
  • An evident passion for design and everything creatively related
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC – In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects
  • A great attitude, a real team player

Package

  • Salary £30,000-£40,000 depending on experience
