Our client, a multi-faceted construction contractor with a strong portfolio across the residential sector, is seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a technically skilled and motivated individual with proven experience in residential building services and strong proficiency in Revit.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and coordinate mechanical building services for residential projects.

Produce detailed Revit models and technical drawings.

Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure project delivery standards are met.

Perform mechanical calculations and equipment selection.

Support project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.

3+ years of relevant experience in residential mechanical building services.

Proficient in Revit for MEP design and coordination.
