Our client is seeking to recruit a VAT supervisor to manage the VAT for a varied and interesting client base. This leading firm of chartered accountants provides accountancy, financial advisory, tax, corporate and other services to a remarkable range of clients across professional practices, private clients, corporates and not for profit organisations.
The business provides a range of assurance and business services to a varied client base, ranging from small-scale businesses and start-ups to sizeable international groups. You will have the opportunity to lead in specific sectors, dependent on your own areas of expertise and interests.
This role is not just delivery. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure to marketing and business development too. Our client regularly provides client updates at physical events and webinars.
This role will report into the VAT Partner and there is the opportunity for progression to director and beyond. A team of junior staff are available to support the individual - they will be expected to delegate work and manage the client relationship. There is a significant amount of interaction with other lines of services (tax, audit, corporate finance).
Requirements:
- You will be ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
