The Opportunity
You will take responsibility for your own portfolio of clients, building strong commercial relationships while overseeing the delivery of a high-quality accounting and advisory service.
This is not a role where progression is dependent upon somebody above you leaving.
There is no predetermined ceiling on career progression, and individuals who demonstrate the ability, ambition and commercial awareness to progress will be given the opportunity to do so.
Alongside a competitive basic salary, the position offers an attractive commission and incentive structure, providing genuine scope to significantly increase overall earnings through performance and portfolio development.
The Role
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of owner-managed businesses and SME clients
- Acting as a key point of contact and trusted adviser to clients
- Reviewing accounts and work prepared by members of the team
- Identifying opportunities to provide additional services and support
- Developing existing client relationships
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
- Working closely with senior management and Partners
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of the practice
You:
We are interested in speaking with ambitious individuals currently operating at Senior, Assistant Manager, Client Manager or Portfolio Manager level who feel ready to accelerate their career.
ACA/ACCA qualification would be advantageous, although attitude, client-management ability, commercial awareness and ambition will be equally important.
