Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of between 130 - 200 properties
- Arranging compliance, GSI, ESI, PAT and EPC
- Applying for PRPL - Private Rented Property Licences with various boroughs
- Booking and checking Management Inspections
- Negotiating the return of deposits between landlord and tenant (including co-ordination of any repairs, cleaning as required)
- Advising utility companies of meter readings
- Co-ordination of estimates and undertaking of repairs by contractors
- Negotiating and co-ordinating renewal contracts
- Preparation of tenancy agreements
- Serving of section 21 notices
- Taking over new files after the holding deposit has been taken from the Lettings teams
- Collection of documentation from landlords and tenants
- Arranging for TOB to be completed, sent, and signed
- Process referencing with Homelet from submitting, managing and completion
- Arranging quotation for pre-let works including cleaning
- Booking in appointments for works/cleaning to commence

- Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Be able to work on your own however well within a team

- Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
- Saturdays - 1 in 3 Saturdays between 9.00am - 2.00pm
