An established and highly regarded independent Accountancy Practice based in Romford is currently looking to recruit an ATT Qualified Tax Semi Senior to join its growing team. Established in 1998, the firm has enjoyed significant growth over the last decade and has built an excellent reputation within the local market through providing a high level of client care and professional service. The addition of a further Tax professional will support the firm's continued expansion plans throughout 2026 and beyond. The Role

  • Preparation of tax computations and year‑end accounts
  • Assisting with financial statements preparation
  • Supporting clients with Making Tax Digital implementation
  • Providing tax and general business support to a varied client base
  • Working directly with clients and developing strong long‑term relationships
  • Supporting the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the practice
  • Assisting with the development of more efficient systems and working processes

Candidate Requirements

  • ATT Qualified preferred
  • Applicants qualified by experience with a minimum of 5 years' Accountancy Practice experience will also be considered
  • Previous experience working within an Accountancy Practice environment is essential
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Organised, hands‑on and commercially aware approach
  • An interest in improving systems, efficiency and technology within practice
