We are a global, data-driven digital marketing agency, with key specialism in marketing automation and customer acquisition. We are looking for a senior web developer to join our small agile team. You will be responsible for 6 websites and leading the development of our overall technology architecture. Our work is fast paced and varied, and can often include video and audio, e-commerce, advertising technologies, and media AI solutions.
About You
- Ideally, you will have previously worked in a dynamic agency environment and will be able to take high-level direction, turning your ideas into a relevant and tangible output.
- You will be ready to collaborate with the team and provide guidance to junior team members.
- 5+ years of professional web development experience.
- 3+ years of agency experience.
- Strong understanding and experience of hosting solutions.
- Experience with standard APIs.
- Experience with the maintenance, support and enhancements of websites.
- Experience with website migrations.
- Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, SASS.
- Excellent knowledge of PHP, SQL.
- Excellent knowledge of WordPress.
- Experience with front end frameworks e.g. Vue.js and React.
- Confident with version control e.g. GIT.
- Experience with client relationships/management.

Your Responsibilities
- Initial migration of new clients' websites from another agency.
- Develop and test new website features.
- Develop enhancements to website security and performance.
- Manage our hosting company relationship (managed service).
- Making decisions on the best frameworks to develop for the future.
- Actively contribute to the growth of the web development team.
