My client is looking for an Accounts Senior to join the team and are offering an excellent salary with a great opportunity for progression to assistant manager. Assignments will vary from owner managed companies turning over £100k to groups turning over £10m.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of final accounts to manager review for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders.
- Preparation of / overseeing management accounts, VAT returns & bookkeeping.
- Compilation of corporate and personal tax returns.
- Direct contact with clients.
- Assisting with software use / set up / trouble shooting at client's premises.
- Assisting management / directors in ad hoc projects.
- Training & reviewing the work of junior staff.
- Managing your own workload.
Candidate
- The role will ideally suit an accountant with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience (qualified or qualified by experience).
- Must be fluent in writing and speaking Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Strong computer skills required including Outlook, Word, Excel, Sage 50 and QuickBooks. Experience of IRIS software suite preferred.
Staff car park and use of pool car for visiting clients.
