The ideal candidate would be comfortable dealing with contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters and looking for a career in insolvency and have some experience in either personal bankruptcy or corporate insolvency.

Specific Experience

  • A general level of understanding of insolvency processes, including: bankruptcy, liquidation, administration and restructuring.
  • Some work experience in an insolvency service related business environment.
  • Experience in undertaking legal research and drafting legal documents using appropriate precedents and templates.
