Our client has a truly exceptional career opportunity for a candidate with strong Joint venture property management and ideally banking sector experience to progress a career within the Operations and Finance department of a highly entrepreneurial and successful property development company.
As the Finance and Operations officer, your role will provide exposure to the following:
- Management of the company's Joint venture projects
- Liaising with the Finance Director to monitor and maintain cash flow
- Work alongside the property finance team to assist with the mezzanine and equity loans for property development
- Liaise with the operations Manager on all finance and refinance arrangements
- Work closely with the family office for all new business opportunities
- Ad-hoc tasks delegated from the operations manager
You will very likely be working within the banking sector, and will have gained significant experience with the management of Joint Ventures.
