Overview: The company is one of London’s leading Real Estate companies and is currently going through a growth period. The ideal candidate will come from a Property/Real Estate company with a proven track record in Credit Control and is not afraid to get their hands dirty. Responsibilities:

  • Chasing debt by telephone and email and reducing debtor days.
  • Liaising with our legal team when necessary.
  • Collection of monthly and quarterly commercial & residential rents, service charges and insurance invoices.
  • Manage all legal and debt recovery administration.
  • Production of arrears reports.
  • Reconciling accounts, refunding credit balances.
  • Liaising with solicitors, insolvency practitioners and Bailiffs.
