This General Practice Manager role focuses on relationship management and ensuring the smooth operation of the office in partnership with the director. For the right candidate, this role could lead to an invitation to join the directorship in time.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements and tax computations for clients
- Provide strategic consultancy and financial management services
- Supervise a team of accountants across the client portfolio
- Manage the Tax, VAT and payroll departments to meet deadlines and HMRC requirements, and provide personal management of the staff involved
- Develop and manage the practice's use of social media for advertising and new client development
Qualifications
Essential that you have had an existing career in practice. Ideally ACCA or CTA qualified; however, applicants who are qualified by experience will also be considered.
