Our client has a truly exceptional career opportunity for a candidate with strong Joint venture property management, and ideally banking sector experience to progress a career within the Operations and Finance department of a highly entrepreneurial and successful property development company.

As the Finance and Operations Officer your role will provide exposure to the following:

  • Management of the company’s Joint venture projects
  • Liaising with the Finance Director to monitor and maintain cash flow
  • Work alongside the property finance team to assist with the mezzanine and equity loans for property development
  • Liaise with the operations Manager on all finance and refinance arrangements
  • Work closely with the family office for all new business opportunities
  • Ad-hoc tasks delegated from the operations manager

You will very likely be working within the banking sector, and will have gained significant experience with the management of Joint Ventures.
