Responsibilities

  • Processing fortnightly and monthly payroll
  • Filing statutory payroll returns
  • Dealing with payroll related matters and statutory compliances
  • Processing company stores weekly sales
  • Ensuring timely invoices & credit notes are raised to all customers
  • Calculation of franchise fees
  • Issuing monthly statements to customers
  • Preparation of aged debt report
  • Updating and maintaining customer records
  • Cash book and nominal entries
  • Posting & allocation of receipts and payments
  • Daily bank reconciliations of all company bank accounts
  • Posting of revenue accruals and deferrals

Other Duties to include

  • Investigating and resolving queries from franchisees regarding royalty & marketing fees
  • Assisting with payroll processing
  • Assisting internal audit & compliance team
  • Undertake any reasonable task on the request of the accounts team

Skills & System knowledge

  • Microsoft Office packages (especially Excel)
  • Sage Payroll experience essential
  • Knowledge of foreign currency conversions & postings
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Team player & ability to communicate with all levels
