Responsibilities
- Processing fortnightly and monthly payroll
- Filing statutory payroll returns
- Dealing with payroll related matters and statutory compliances
- Processing company stores weekly sales
- Ensuring timely invoices & credit notes are raised to all customers
- Calculation of franchise fees
- Issuing monthly statements to customers
- Preparation of aged debt report
- Updating and maintaining customer records
- Cash book and nominal entries
- Posting & allocation of receipts and payments
- Daily bank reconciliations of all company bank accounts
- Posting of revenue accruals and deferrals
Other Duties to include
- Investigating and resolving queries from franchisees regarding royalty & marketing fees
- Assisting with payroll processing
- Assisting internal audit & compliance team
- Undertake any reasonable task on the request of the accounts team
Skills & System knowledge
- Microsoft Office packages (especially Excel)
- Sage Payroll experience essential
- Knowledge of foreign currency conversions & postings
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Team player & ability to communicate with all levels
