The predicted salary is between 30000 - 48000 Β£ per year.

As the Assistant Accountant you will work closely with the Finance Managers, other bookkeepers and members of other teams within this diverse group of companies.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Posting entries, payments and rents
  • Journal postings as required and recharge invoices
  • Bank reconciliations on daily basis
  • Loan reconciliations
  • Postings for Groups Pension Scheme
  • Rental payment runs and ad hoc payments
  • Postings and payments for rental company
  • Credit cards processing
  • Daily bank balances report (after have access to bank accounts)
  • Preparation of monthly VAT returns
  • Inter company matrix reconciliations (monthly) and sent out (in due course)
  • Trade creditors reports for all rental companies
  • Check list of bank reconciliations

Candidate profile:

  • AAT qualified or part qualified ACCA/CIMA
  • Have some property sector experience
  • Be hands on, detail orientated

This is a progressive role that will further develop your skill sets and propel you to a more senior position within the business, whilst supporting your ongoing professional studies.
