The role:
- Running a mixed portfolio of clients including meeting new clients, initial client contact, billing and WIP
- Accounts and tax services, business advisory work and any special interests you might have
- Reviewing work completed by junior members of the team, mentoring and feedback
- Completing some of the more complex or in-depth jobs
- Acting as first point of contact for clients and building ongoing client rapport, being able to identify other areas where you might be able to assist or serve your clients
- Working closely with the partners and the team to ensure that clients get the best service and advice
- Business development and networking
- Clearly defined route to Partnership
Your experience:
- You will be ACA/ACCA Qualified
- You will be commercially astute and enjoy business development and seeking out new opportunities
