Our client is a well respected firm that prides itself on delivering an excellent client service. As part of its strong growth they are now looking to recruit a Tax Manager or Senior Manager. Reporting to the Partner, you will be the main point of contact on all tax related matters and be responsible for providing tax advice on a varied portfolio of OMB clients, from both a corporate and personal tax perspective.
This will cover areas such as CGT, IHT, remuneration planning, succession planning, share schemes and R&D. There will also be a requirement to oversee the tax compliance work being undertaken by the Accounts team and provide tax compliance assistance where necessary.
Ideally you will be CTA qualified with a solid background in both corporate and personal tax, although candidates qualified by experience will also be considered as will those coming from a personal tax background. Strong client handling and communication skills are also essential.
