Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day accounting responsibilities of the business, including processing invoices, reconciling bank accounts, and posting month end journals.
- Produce month end financial reporting and analyse performance against the budget.
- Complete the payroll workings and assist with payments to suppliers where required.
- Assist with the production of investor deliverables where required.
- Assist with building and maintaining the budget tracker and updating forecasts on a regular basis.
- Assist with the production of year end accounts and liaise with auditors where required.
You will be our ideal candidate if you have:
- A strong academic record, ideally holding a bachelor's degree.
- Part Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent accountancy qualification).
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting processes.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (this will be tested).
- Familiarity with accounting tools (Xero knowledge desirable but not required).
- The ability to work effectively under pressure within a fast-growing company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
