Armstrong Knight are excited to be working with a forward thinking, modern and developing Digital Agency who are currently looking for passionate, hardworking and ambitious individuals to join their friendly team! My client are one of the fastest growing digital agencies, so not only would you be joining a developing company but they also offer various learning opportunities, early finish Fridays and flexible working just to name a few!

As a Junior SEO Account Manager your role will encompass full client management with a SEO client base, assisting them in delivering projects and campaigns.

What will the role involve?

  • Managing potentially up to 40 SEO accounts.
  • Ensuring a smooth relationship and sharp delivery for our clients by working closely with the SEO team to achieve client success and encouraging strong delivery through teamwork.
  • Monitoring deliverables, proof-reading documents and reports to send onto clients.
  • Facilitating cross-channel management – ensuring all channels ‘work together’.
  • Sending performance reports to each client and reporting back on KPI’s.
  • Arranging and attending client management meetings and calls.
  • Identifying opportunities for client campaign and business growth in the form of increasing SEO spend.
  • Keeping pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments.

What Skills will I need for this role?

  • Some experience in project or account management in digital marketing, preferably in SEO.
  • A general understanding of SEO and the differences between on-site and off-site SEO.
  • Top level understanding of Google Analytics.
  • Ability to explain the relationship between effort and results to clients.
  • The ability to interoperate data and explain key information to clients.
  • A proven track record of proactively identifying business opportunities, problem solving and creative thinking.
  • The ability to work independently and towards your own goals.
  • The ability to quickly differentiate most impactful tasks/projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task confidently.
