- Compliance Champion: Ensure all employee checks, including DBS and Right to Work, meet legal standards.
- Probation Oversight: Guide managers through the probationary process, ensuring smooth transitions.
- HRIS Management: Maintain impeccable employee records on the HRIS (Cascade).
- Sickness & Absence: Manage sickness cases, including Occupational Health referrals.
About You
- Qualifications: CIPD Level 5.
- Experience: Proven HR generalist background, adept in manual work environments.
- Skills: Stellar communication, strong organizational prowess, and tech-savvy with MS Office and HRIS.
- Desirable: Experience in the waste industry, TUPE transfers, and working with Trade Unions.
