The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Rent Collection for all property across the commercial, residential and ground rent portfolio. This responsibility will include:

  • Preparation and Issuing of all Rent Demands
  • Credit Control and advising on recovery of Rental Arrears
  • Assisting with Commercial Lettings, Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews across the portfolio as required
  • Management of the Ground Rent Portfolio, including all enquiries, processing of Tenant Applications and preparing recommendations for approval by the Line Manager
  • Updating the Property Management Database (Qube)
  • Preparing Financial Reports as required by the Line Manager / Finance Team, including Arrears Reporting and Bespoke Reports from Qube
  • Assisting with the Insurance Renewal and preparing Tenant Recharges
  • Preparation of Service Charge Budgets
  • Reconciliation and administration of all Service Charges
  • Managing Contractors for Building Repairs within agreed budgets and administrating the payment of Contractors
  • Other duties as required by the Line Manager
  • Assisting with the Management of External Clients and their Reporting
