This is a newly created role in a fast growing East Kent firm, seeking an experienced and ambitious individual.
The role includes:
- Managing a varied portfolio of audit and accounts clients - split 70% Audit
- Planning, managing and reviewing medium to large sized audit, t/o’s in excess of £100 million
- Resolving queries on site, leading a team, writing up review notes upon completion
- Involvement in the firms business development activities in conjunction with the partners
- Managing, mentoring and developing qualified and junior members of staff
- Taking a lead in the modernisation and improvement of the firm’s internal processes and controls
The role would suit an experienced and formally qualified Audit Manager looking for a smaller firm environment that offers an excellent quality of clients and variety of work, combined with a superb working environment and the opportunity to be part of a fast growing success story in the firm.
