The team specializes in delivering compliance and advisory services to both individuals and corporations. This presents an excellent prospect for a Payroll Administrator seeking a permanent position.
Do you possess the qualifications for this role? While experience with Sage Payroll and/or Bright Pay would be advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.
What will your responsibilities entail? As a key member reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 300 clients, ranging from Director-only setups to those with up to 50 employees, with most on a monthly pay frequency. Your main duties will include:
- Overseeing payrolls, ensuring accurate processing within specified timeframes
- Submitting CIS returns for Contractors
- Facilitating CIS refunds for clients
- Inputting and maintaining precise data on payroll software
- Managing Auto Enrolment tasks and preparing client information
- Drafting emails for clients, communicating PAYE liabilities, and addressing other payroll-related matters
- Handling interactions with external agencies such as HMRC
- Addressing internal and client queries
- Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of PAYE and NIC legislation
- Advising clients on PAYE regulation
