  • BACS and SDP’s to various parties
  • Credit Control
  • Manual purchase ledger inputs
  • Sales ledger transfers from industry standard software packages
  • Managing part-time (20 hours) accounts assistant
  • General Admin, stationary/janitorial supplies etc.
  • Weekly payroll for 25 staff, monthly payroll for 14 staff
  • Month end routines and MER with Barclays
  • VAT return
  • Petty cash management
  • Annual P11D
  • Assisting audit procedures

Immediate start preferred, salary according to experience. Qualified, or qualified by experience.
