Armstrong Fluid Technology is seeking a Lead Electrical Design Engineer in Droitwich Spa to drive electrical system design across industrial projects.

You will lead a team, produce load calculations, schematics, and cable schedules, and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.

You will coordinate with site teams during FAT/SAT, commissioning, and handover, providing senior technical guidance and mentoring junior engineers, with a focus on safety and buildability.
