The Global Sales Coordinator supports the company’s Global Sales team by ensuring sales operations, systems, and communications are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with care. This role acts as a vital connector between sales, internal partners, and external stakeholders, enabling the sales team to focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional guest experiences. As part of the Global Sales Operations team, this role requires strong personal accountability, proactive problem solving, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset to support a globally distributed sales team and evolving business priorities.
Key Areas Of Responsibilities
- Provide day to day coordination and administrative support to the Global Outside Sales / Business Development team, ensuring work is completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with business priorities.
- Prepare and maintain sales materials, communications, reports, and correspondence to a high standard.
- Coordinate trade shows, consumer events, learning journeys (familiarization trips), and retail selling blitzes, anticipating needs and resolving issues independently where possible.
- Maintain Salesforce data integrity, including campaign and marketing plan management, reporting, contract administration, and account updates.
- Take ownership of data accuracy, recognizing issues or inefficiencies and addressing them proactively.
- Process expense reports, payment tracking, and budget reconciliations with a strong attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with sales colleagues, internal partners, and external stakeholders, sharing information openly and following through on commitments.
- Respond positively to shifting priorities, operational challenges, and changing business needs, contributing ideas to improve processes and ways of working.
- Participate in sales activities, irregular or emergency operational coordination, and other initiatives as required.

Qualifications Education & Experience
- High School Diploma with at least one year of post secondary education in business or administration.
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales support, coordination, or administration (Travel/Tourism experience an asset).
- Experience working with Salesforce and Concur is an asset.
- Previous experience working remotely or independently.

Compensation
The base salary offered for this role is £25,000 - £31,000 per annum and can vary based on job-related expertise, qualifications, experience and internal equity. Eligible for Armstrong Collective’s Bonus Program.
