Commercial litigation role based in the beautiful regency town of Cheltenham and gateway to the Cotswolds. An opportunity worth relocating for. Our client, a large disputes resolution team which includes accredited mediators, has a significant new opportunity in their team in Cheltenham. The firm has strength and depth in their commercial litigation expertise advising on a wide variety of large complex disputes and smaller disputes for a noteworthy client base.

They are interested in speaking with candidates who may already have a particular disputes focus e.g. property, commercial, IP etc. The firm has a fantastic employee centred culture driven by strong and supportive leadership and a highly respected long term presence in the Cheltenham and wider Gloucestershire and Cotswolds market. The team is incredibly client focused and each case is considered and given a meticulous bespoke service.

Our client is seeking a technically strong, well organised lawyer who is keen to move their career to the next level with this strong team rated for their commercial approach and client care. The ideal candidate will have an interest in, and proven ideas on, building up new and existing areas of work and will be seeking a firm which will support these.

The firm prioritise culture when hiring and after. Unique to this opportunity is that a senior member of the leadership team heads the department. There is a strong focus on collaboration and developing each team member's interest and specialism.
