We are a nurturing children's residential home, centrally located in Hamilton, providing high-quality, relationship-based care for up to four young people. Our approach is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming and child-centred, supporting young people with complex needs, including ASN, ASD, ADHD, trauma and attachment-related presentations.

Our practice is aligned with GIRFEC, SHANARRI, The Promise and the Health and Social Care Standards, and we are deeply committed to doing things right - with warmth, integrity and consistency.

We are looking for experienced Residential or ASN Support Workers who bring calm, compassion and confidence to their practice. This is a hands-on role within a small, family-style home, where relationships matter and where staff truly get to know the children and young people they support.

  • Provide consistent, nurturing care within a safe and homely environment
  • Support children and young people with complex and neuro divergent needs
  • Contribute to care planning, daily recording and multi-agency working
  • Promote wellbeing, stability, routines and positive outcomes
  • Work a rota including evenings, weekends and nightshifts (if required)

Previous experience working with children or young people with complex needs is essential, as well as experience in children's residential care or an ASN setting. A commitment to child-centred, values-led practice is required. All applicants must hold a full manual UK Drivers Licence as driving is part of this role.
