We are currently hiring for multiple Multi-Skilled Automation Shift Engineer positions in Milton Keynes. Full time on-site role, offering a final salary including shift allowance £54,590 pa with further salary advancements following our in-house professional development plan.

Key Responsibilities of a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer:
- Achieve Production Targets: Ensure production targets are consistently met every shift.
- Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular PPM maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition.
- Implement strategies for ongoing process and performance enhancement.
- Accurately document and report any issues encountered during shifts.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with other teams and departments to achieve production goals through effective communication and problem-solving.
Relevant engineering experience [Minimum NVQ Level 3], equivalent or transferrable skills. Full and legal rights to work in the UK. Previous experience as Multi Skilled Electrical / Mechanical Engineer with a strong technical knowledge in relevant fields. Able to understand the importance and principles of an advanced Quality Management System. Experience in maintaining and repairing Automated Machinery and Production equipment. Experience with industrial networks and control systems. Experience of safely carrying out planned maintenance across a site ensuring maintenance procedures are followed. Be an integral part of the engineering team, responding to breakdowns establishing root cause analysis to limit breakdown reoccurring, improving machine reliability and performance. Preferably Multi Skilled Electrical / Mechanical Engineer with a strong technical knowledge in relevant fields such as Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Ex forces Electrical / Engineer with BTEC/HNC/HND/C&G or Degree in Engineering or related field. Previous knowledge and understanding of the importance and relevance of a Quality Management System.
