Are you the trusted advisor that Britain's biggest retailers turn to when it matters most? Armitage Search & Advisory is on an exclusive search for an exceptional Client Partner to take ownership of one of the most exciting portfolios in UK retail analytics — two household-name brands at the forefront of data‑led transformation. We're working with a fast‑scaling global analytics powerhouse that's delivering real, measurable impact through Data Visualisation, Advanced Analytics, and AI/ML solutions. Their UK retail practice is growing fast, and they need a seasoned leader to own it.
The Role: This isn't a new business hunting role dressed up as account management. You'll inherit two of the UK's most prestigious retail accounts and be trusted to deepen those relationships, expand solution adoption, and become an indispensable strategic partner at C‑suite level. Alongside this, you'll bring in new logos across the UK retail sector — leveraging your network and reputation to open doors. You'll be onsite with clients regularly — running workshops, leading implementations, and solving the kind of complex data challenges that keep retail executives up at night.
What We're Looking For: You'll bring 10+ years of senior experience in UK retail, with genuine relationships at the top of the sector. You'll have a strong grounding in data analytics, AI, or machine learning — either from a consultancy, technology, or analytics services background — and a track record of growing major accounts commercially. You know how to navigate complex, multi-year deals and you're as comfortable in a boardroom as you are rolling up your sleeves on a client engagement. Grocery, fashion, or general merchandise backgrounds are all of interest.
The Package: £120,000 – £150,000 base salary, 20–30% bonus, health benefits, flexible remote working from the South/London region, and immediate ownership of a portfolio with genuine growth potential. This is a rare role. Portfolios like this won't come to market often. If this sounds like your next move, let's talk. Reach out directly or apply in strict confidence through Armitage Search & Advisory. All enquiries handled with complete discretion.
