If you are then a great opportunity has arisen in our fast-paced highly successful Sales Support Team. You will be the first point of contact to all our distribution customers, managing their journey from start to finish. Providing updates to the team and customers throughout the process. Here you will build long-term relationships with our customers and all departments within the Company, our sales team, warehouse, administration, and production. On a daily basis you will be learning something new within this role, even our most experienced members of Armatile are still progressing. Our business is always advancing, keeping up to date with new trends and what we can achieve with tiles has changed massively in these past few years, which is exciting for our customers and for us. If you are highly motivated and enjoy a fast-paced environment Armatile is the place for you.
Duties and Responsibility
- Process customer sales orders through Sales Order Processing system.
- Respond to customer communications/queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer queries.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure orders and processes are on schedule.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication, numeracy, and literacy skills both verbal and written.
- Good problem solving and organisational skills.
- Experience of working in a busy office environment.
- Computer literate – Microsoft office.
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Professional but friendly attitude.
- Commercially aware.
- Interest in Tiles, Tile design, design in general. This is not essential, but it will be an advantage to the individual in this role.
Desirable
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, sales administration or similar role.
- Experience working within a busy office or commercial environment.
- Experience using a Sales Order Processing, ERP or CRM system.
- Experience within the construction, building materials, tiles, flooring, interiors or related industry.
- Knowledge of logistics, deliveries and stock/order management.
- Experience dealing with trade, retail or commercial customers.
