Leprino Foods is recruiting Daily Process Operators to join their manufacturing team. This is a physically active, hands‑on role within a fast‑paced production environment, supporting safe, efficient, and high‑quality operations.
Location: Leprino Foods, Northern Ireland
Salary: £18.32 per hour (inclusive of shift premium)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Average 42 hours per week
The Role
- Shift Pattern (Current)
- Week 1: Monday – Thursday, 7:00am – 7:00pm (12‑hour shifts)
- Week 2: Monday – Wednesday, 7:00pm – 7:00am (12‑hour shifts)
Paid on an average 42‑hour working week
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment in line with procedures
- Maintain food safety, quality, and hygiene standards
- Work collaboratively as part of the production team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
- A physically active role with regular lifting and carrying, therefore good physical health is important.
Essential Requirements
- Willingness to work a rotating shift pattern
- Strong awareness of health and safety
- Ability to follow procedures and work as part of a team
Desirable
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential — applicants from other industries are encouraged to apply.
