As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious

Creative Director to support our Executive Creative Director – someone who can lead world-class creative CRM campaigns and inspire both colleagues and clients.

  • Creative Director Responsibilities
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team of Designers and Copywriters, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our UK CRM clients, presenting concepts and strategies with confidence and gravitas, and ensuring creative work delivers against performance goals.
  • Leverage customer data and insights to drive personalised, relevant creative solutions that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Provide overarching creative direction and vision across all CRM touch points – from email and SMS to app notifications and direct mail–ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Champion the client’s brand, safeguarding tone of voice, look and feel, while knowing when to adapt and innovate to meet evolving needs.
  • Stay ahead of CRM trends and innovations, bringing fresh ideas and strategic thinking that push boundaries while delivering measurable results.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and creative objectives are consistently met.
  • Drive creative excellence across digital and print, blending expertise in UX/UI, responsive design, and accessibility with mastery of print production
  • Explore and integrate AI-driven tools and emerging technologies into creative processes to enhance efficiency, personalisation, and innovation.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing 1 day each year following your work anniversary up to 30 days
  • 3% employer pension contribution, increasing 1% per year following your second work anniversary up to 8%
