Based at our vibrant coffee shop location, this role is vital in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our commitment to quality service. Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with a warm and professional attitude.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and snacks.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the shop.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Assist in food preparation and restocking supplies.
• Ensure food safety regulations are followed at all times.
• Support team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications * Proven experience as a barista or in hospitality is preferred.

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic food preparation skills.
