Your Tasks
- Lead practical, applicationâfocused trainings and workshops (internal/external)
- Create and update installation manuals, drawings and other application guidance
- Validate product applications and provide clear performance and limitation guidance
- Develop improved installation methods and support demandâcreation activities
- Coordinate applicationârelated product testing and compliance topics
- Support technical approvals, certifications and documentation
- Manage mockâups, site support and other applicationâdriven projects
- Lead the Technical Application Matrix and ensure aligned global communication
Your Profile
- Engineering degree or German Master Craftsman qualification
- 5+ yearsâ experience in insulation or cladding industries with strong handsâon application expertise
- Solid knowledge of craftsmen techniques and insulation application (thermal, acoustic, fire)
- Strong communication and training delivery skills
- Industry accreditations (e.g., TICA, CINI, EiiF) and experience with certification processes are a plus
- Skilled in technical drawings (CAD or similar), solid Office 365 skills and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Fluent English; basic German or other European languages are beneficial
- Willing to travel frequently across Europe mainly
