We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our busy team in Manchester. This role will play a pivotal part in driving the growth of our business by developing new opportunities, leveraging existing contacts, and nurturing new customers throughout the sales process while managing relationships with current clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new opportunities by leveraging existing contacts.
  • Seek and nurture new customers throughout the sales process.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients.
  • Introduce the company, arrange meetings, and handle account management on a daily basis, ensuring top‑notch service for clients including Facilities Management companies and government departments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B selling within professional services.
  • A track record of success in achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Familiarity with the Facilities Management sector.
  • Exceptional sales skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Presentable and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Full driver’s licence.
