We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our busy team in the vibrant town of Hemel Hempstead!

Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing new opportunities by leveraging existing contacts.
  • Seeking and nurturing new customers throughout the sales process.
  • Managing relationships with our current clients.
  • Introducing the company, arranging meetings, and handling account management on a daily basis.

Requirements
Proven experience in B2B selling within professional services. A track record of success in achieving sales targets in a competitive environment. Familiarity with the Facilities Management sector. Exceptional sales skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Smart, presentable, and possesses excellent communication and presentation skills. Must hold a full driver’s licence.
