Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business. Your responsibilities include developing new opportunities by leveraging existing contacts, seeking and nurturing new customers throughout the sales process, and managing relationships with our current clients. You will introduce the company, arrange meetings, and handle account management on a daily basis, ensuring we provide top‑notch service to our prestigious customers, which include renowned Facilities Management companies and prominent government departments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B selling within professional services.
  • A track record of success in achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Familiarity with the Facilities Management sector.
  • Exceptional sales skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Smart, presentable, and possesses excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must hold a full driver’s licence.
