The Opportunity

• Lead and grow a portfolio of clients in the real estate and construction space, providing high‑value VAT advisory services.
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients, delivering insight across property transactions, land & property VAT, option to tax, and capital goods scheme.
• Work closely with Partners to shape the VAT strategy and offering.
• Lead and mentor a team of VAT professionals, fostering technical excellence and development.
• Collaborate across service lines to provide integrated client solutions.

The ideal profile

• ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification with significant post‑qualified experience.
• Proven VAT advisory experience, with a focus on real‑estate, infrastructure, or construction clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead complex engagements.
• Commercially minded with strong business development skills.
