Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and advise on a wide range of UK and international tax matters, working with entrepreneurial clients, high-net-worth individuals, and corporations.
  • Develop creative and strategic tax solutions for clients, supporting their business growth and long-term financial success.
  • Manage all aspects of tax compliance, reporting, and structuring, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored tax advice that meets their unique business and personal needs.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and other senior leaders to develop the firm's tax strategy and drive business growth.
  • Mentor and develop junior tax professionals, encouraging a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving tax laws and regulations, proactively identifying opportunities for clients and the firm.

Requirements

  • ACA/CTA or equivalent tax qualification.
  • Strong tax advisory experience, ideally with exposure to entrepreneurial businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK tax laws, with some experience in international tax.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a proven ability to think creatively and strategically about tax solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.
