For Companies Senior Associate, Corporate Tax, LondonA leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its highly respected Corporate Tax team in London.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters while developing leadership capability and commercial influence.
The Opportunity:
Advise on a wide range of transactional and advisory tax matters, including domestic and cross-border structuring
Lead on complex matters and work closely with Partners on strategic and high-profile transactions
Support junior team members and contribute to a culture of knowledge-sharing and excellence
Build and strengthen client relationships across key sectors
Ideal Profile:
Significant post-qualification experience in corporate tax, ideally from a leading firm
Strong technical tax expertise supported by commercial awareness
A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple demands effectively
Confident communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients
Ambition to progress and contribute to team and firm growth
