- Configure and leverage SAP Signavio and Celonis to analyse and optimise business processes.
- Drive business process transformation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Use process mining to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support SAP transformation programmes by providing end-to-end process visibility and insights.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver process optimisation solutions.
- Present findings, recommendations, and improvement opportunities clearly to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio and knowledge of Celonis.
- Strong understanding of business process management, process mining, and transformation.
- Experience supporting SAP and digital transformation programmes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate process insights into actionable business improvements.
