Responsibilities:
- Lean Manufacturing of 6 sigma training (5S, OEE, QCO, RCPS)
- Working within an ISO 9001 lean manufacturing environment
- Ensure Company quality systems are adhered to at all times
- Preparation and review of Non‑conformance Reports
- Maintain calibration records
- Monitor quality related shop floor activities
- Verify traceability of components is maintained throughout all manufacturing and inspection operations
- Record returned and reworked items on non‑conformances
- Visually inspect components
Qualifications:
- Strong experience gained as a Quality Manager – ESSENTIAL
- MUST be able to run and maintain any ISO:9001
